Introduction

Alpha Prospects is an investment company that focuses on “green investments” and in particular to support inventor Malcolm Bendall in the development of the Molten Sea Ark Atomic Reconstruction Technology – MSAART.

This invention and the associated development of Plasmoid Power has the potential to dramatically reduce carbon emissions and assist the world in meeting CO2 emission reduction targets.

The company has in the past sought to achieve maximum total returns primarily through the capital appreciation of its investments.

However it is now envisaged that profit for Alpha Prospects will be derived from the revenue stream from royalty payments to certain related subsidiaries and then passed through to Alpha Prospects as dividends.

It is the Board’s intention to commence paying dividends to shareholders from the proceeds as soon as possible; alternatively the directors will consider reversing Alpha’s investments into an OTC shell on the US market with the view to maximizing the return to shareholders.

The Company’s interest in its investments will continue to be proactive.
